If you ordered the DVD of "Hittin' The Bricks" from this web site.

• The movie has never been released.
• Noire cannot help you. She wrote the book but did not produce the movie and did not participate in the DVD offer.
• All credit charges were refunded. The money went out of our bank account. If it didn't arrive in yours, then perhaps your bank kept it. This seems to have happened frequently with pre-paid or secured credit cards.
• In addition to the refund, all customers who were ever charged were sent a bonus DVD. We did receive a few back, returned by the post office as undeliverable. But only a few. We are no longer shipping these disks.
• Many complaints of not receiving refunds were investigated. In each case, our bank showed that they sent the money to the customer's bank.
• It is too late to investigate any further. This was years ago and nobody still has records.
